From the owner Bob, to this son Rob, his grandson Preston to even his wife Pat - I did not know them before going there and as you see I know them all by name now. I had a fantastic experience buying my 2015 Volkswagen GTI from Bob’s Auto Ranch. Working with Rob, the sales process was refreshingly low-pressure. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. The financing process was also incredibly painless. My family actually left the dealership to go grab lunch while everything was being worked through, and the finance manager simply called me a couple of times with a few questions. There was no sitting around for hours or feeling pressured into anything. Unfortunately, shortly after purchasing the car, an issue that we initially thought was going to be a relatively minor check-engine light repair turned out to be a much more significant problem with the turbo. This is where Bob’s really impressed me. They could have easily pointed to the “as-is” nature of the sale and left me to deal with it, but instead they went far beyond my expectations and took care of the repair. The car was brought to their recommended shop on Wednesday, and I was originally told it would be ready by the end of the following week. To my surprise, I got the call that it was ready to pick up early Tuesday afternoon. The car now drives great, and I couldn’t be happier with how Bob’s handled what could have been a very frustrating situation. You learn a lot about a dealership when something goes wrong after the sale, and Bob’s Auto Ranch absolutely earned my trust. The low-pressure buying experience was great, but the way they stood behind the vehicle when we discovered a major issue is what really sets them apart. I would absolutely recommend Bob’s Auto Ranch to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Great experience and great people.

Came here for a civic that didn't end up coming home with me. I can't comment on the vehicles but I will say the sellers here are very kind and will not pressure you or put you in a tough spot. I'm very appreciative of Roberts handling of my visit

I bought a vehicle about 2 months ago. I had it for a month and it started overheating, brought it the shop, I needed a new engine. I was so upset, completely devastated! I called and told them and all they said was sorry. A couple of days later, a good friend called and talked to them. They ended up sending a check to fix it and it helped cover car rental fees. I was without it for 3 weeks. I learned I just need to be more assertive! I would have given them 1 star but thanks to the outcome, I give them 5 stars!

Just purchased a pt cruiser from here great service I swear the best in the twin cities I been to other Auto places in the twin cities and they all treated me bad way even tho i had good credit plus a down payment also over charge me. But Bob Auto treated me with respect and kindness plus the prices they have for the cars are really good and monthly payments are reasonable. not like other's auto sales in the twin cities also when my PT cruiser had engine light come up after couple days of purchase Bob's Auto treated me right they put new spark plugs and a battery in my pt cruiser free of charge so if your ever looking to purchase a car please purchase them from Bob's Auto there the best in the twin cities 🙏
